Self sabotage refers to behaviors or thought patterns that hold you back and prevent you from doing what you want to do. Wrecking your own potential successes is not just a harmless byproduct of low self-esteem. Self sabotage can take a huge toll on your relationships, health, finances, and career. We made this video to help you explores some of the ways self sabotage can hurt not only your life but your mental health. We are taking this from a psychology-oriented perspective to help you understand the thoughts and emotions that create self-sabotage so you can get to the root of the issue.
