Change is Exciting! | Responsible COVID Testing & Chicago Favorites Found in Florida

What a long day! Sarah wakes up early to grab a Disney dining reservation for our staycation this weekend and Peter gets tested for COVID again. Because of our activity, we would like to be socially responsible and aware of our health status. When he gets home he continues kicking butt at work. There is some BIG news regarding the future of Splash Mountain. It is finally time to give the beloved log flume ride a makeover. But not just any make over... A "Princess and the Frog" makeover! We are so excited. Sarah shares some educational resources that she's received (linked below) and talks about dinner. Even though it's not much of a summer meal, chili is on the menu tonight! Peter goes out to grab some plant based hot dogs and Chicago favorites we've missed so much: sport peppers and giardiniera. Peter works late into the night, but it's all in preparation to enjoy our weekend 100%. Go, Peter, Go!
