'Distant Lanterns' Anthology (2017) Found Footage Horror

'DISTANT LANTERNS' is an anthology-style found footage horror film centering around the strange recorded footage of a local Pennsylvania resident who set out to capture the supernatural events that seem to plague his small town.

"This film consists of footage captured over a 12 month period, depicting several unexplained, paranormal, and supernatural events that began to plague the small town of Dover, Pennsylvania after a torrential rain storm devastated the area in 2011. Strange events, especially the the disappearance of local residents, still happen on a regular basis without any explanation. Many believe that the increasing devastation the storm had and the damage it caused, both financially and emotionally on the locals, somehow brought a dark, negative presence to the town."
