Catch up on May's #ECRWednesday Webinar to hear the panelists discuss the process of preprinting clinical and health research, considerations in sharing results that are specific to medicine, as well as career implications of releasing your work early.

This webinar was chaired by:
Hedyeh Ebrahimi - Member of the ECAG, and Postdoctoral Researcher at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Iran

The panel included:
– Philippa Matthews - Consultant in clinical infection and an associate professor based at the University of Oxford (UK), Chair of the Nuffield Department of Medicine Athena SWAN team to promote equity and diversity, and an affiliate of MedRxiv

– Joseph Ross - Co-director of the Yale-Mayo Clinic Center for Excellence in Regulatory Science and Innovation (CERSI), the Yale Open Data Access (YODA) Project, and the Collaboration for Research Integrity and Transparency (CRIT) at Yale Law School. Dr. Ross leads efforts at Yale-New Haven Health System in collaboration with the National Evaluation System for health Technology (NEST), co-founded the preprint server medRxiv, and is currently the U.S. Outreach and Research Editor at BMJ

– Jeremy Samuel Faust - An emergency physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in the division of health policy and public health, and an instructor at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Faust is medical editor-in-chief of ACEP Now, the monthly magazine of the American College of Emergency Physicians, and co-host of the medical education FOAMcast
