In 2019, Filipino eight-division boxing world champion Manny Pacquiao proved that even in his 40’s, he was still one of the best in the world by becoming the WBA (Super) Welterweight World Champion.

That accomplishment came at the expense of previously undefeated American Keith “One Time” Thurman, who held the WBA’s primary welterweight championship before losing it to the Pinoy boxing icon.

Pacquiao, who was a decade older than Thurman on fight night, outboxed and outpointed Thurman en route to a split decision victory.

Now, nearly a year since their encounter, Thurman says that he would very much like to share the ring with Pacquiao again to try and avenge his first career defeat.
