The privacy complaint filed on this video is false. The information in the video was available to the public via Seven news article:

I have not breached anyones privacy in the video because these are public figures and this was publicly accessible information which they approved to shown to millions via the media. 
Here's some laws in Australia pertaining to Private information:

section 4 says something is not considered personal information if it's available publicly"
