Changing 2D/3D: Click on the settings button on the video player, set the quality to max & change 2D & 3D settings from there.

Metro 2033 Redux is a remake of Metro 2033. It is a FPS set in Russia's metro system after a nuclear war and it is like a linear version of the Stalker games.
