Monday News: Virginia to ban "panic defense" in violent crimes

This week on Monday News I'll go through news regarding Virginia banning cowardly "panic defense". Use of said excuse has been used up until very recently as an excuse for violent crimes with LGBT-phobic motifs to get a lesser sentence in court. This has now been put to end in the state of Virginia, making it the 12th state to do so in the United States of America.
