Report Briefing: Airborne Platforms to Advance NASA Earth System Science Priorities

This report examines the combination of airborne platforms that could be used to best answer science questions posed in the 2017 Decadal Survey of Earth Science and Application from Space (ESAS). The report provides guidance to NASA about future needs for a large aircraft and the utility of other airborne platforms for achieving future Earth system science research goals.
