In this part, in the early hours of the morning, Ellie feels the first few contractions starting, signalling that she's about to give birth! Quickly waking up Salim, the two rush to the hospital and bring in not one, but two babies! Twins! The family just grew drastically, and it's only going to get more interesting from here.
