Although the title of this video is Top 100 Strongest Anime Characters 2017 it only concerns the top 100 strongest manga characters. I've done this to ensure a higher quality list filtering out anime which are factory produced by the dozens every year. I personally much prefer to look into the more "organic" medium which is manga.

- This video like always includes no mechas
- Concerning Alucard, Dark Schneider, Alita or whoever has a high level of regeneration, whoever has the capacity to kill them effortlessly many times has been classified as "stronger"

Terminology:

- Supersonic: Mach 1-4.99
- Hypersonic: Mach 5-10
- Hypersonic+: Mach 11-31
- At least hypersonic+: Mach 32-99
- Massively hypersonic: Mach 100-999
- Massively hypersonic+: greater than Mach 1000
- Sub-relativistic: greater than 0.01c
- Relativistic: greater than 0.1c
- Lightspeed: c: 299,792,458 m/s
- Faster than light: c
- Massively faster than light: much greater than c
- Massively faster than light+: much, much greater than c
