Why Rome is NOT the 4th Beast

Is Rome or America the 4th Beast? The reason people think this, is because they rely too much on their favorite teachers, rather than taking the Bible at face value. The Bible actually NAMES THE PLACES the Beast empire will be located, but most people are too swayed by public opinion and conspiracies theories to care what the Bible says. It's time we let the Bible tell us, who the 4th Beast is, by listening to the LOCATION NAMES the Bible gives us.
