Seismic event indicators say Earth is ten weeks into the first Earth-change Lull Period for the 2019 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the solar system between the Sun and Libra Constellation.

Year-over-year weekly seismic-event values for Week 23 show just one of the 7+ magnitude earthquake events (7.7 Russia for 2017*) striking on July 17, 2017 with three of the 6-magnitude earthquake events just above the year-over-year weekly average (1.8). Twenty of the 5-magnitude earthquakes is about four events below the year-over-year average (23.8) with only five (3 a last week, 4 and 6 previous weeks) striking outside the regions of the Pacific Ocean-Ring of Fire. Three hundred and nine of the 2.5-to-4-magnitude earthquakes is 101 events above the year-over-year weekly average (208.25; tossing out the 1918 value), which remains high due to the aftershock quakes coming from the large-mag California quakes. My expectation is for the smaller-mag quake value** to be closer to 200 reaching the minimum value in Week 25, before Earth receives the powerful electromagnetic Jolt starting in Week 26. Four deep-quake harmonic tremors struck on the Fiji-side (3 the last two weeks, 4 the previous week, 5 the previous week, and averaging four per week for the previous six weeks) of the Indonesia-Fiji Seismic-Volcanic Origination Zone slowing deep-magma-plume-wave action along Buoyancy-barrier Corridor 2. One deep-quake harmonic tremor struck on the west side of the Origination Zone (4.9 Indonesia) with the second along Corridor 1 (6.3 Japan) sending magma-wave action through the corridor and also east through Buoyancy-barrier Corridor 3. The focus of the investigation continues to be upon the California region below where deep earthquake events (20+K depths) are striking at the northern and southern ends of the San Andreas Fault, while also proliferating symmetrically away from where the 6.4 and 7.1 California Quakes struck earlier this month (check these out, 3.0 @ 30.3-K depth, 3.6 @ 29.4-K depth, 2.7 @ 25.2-K depth and 2.2 @ 27-K depth). Also, I have not seen so many earthquakes striking at the Oklahoma-Kansas Quake Swarm Area this close to reaching outside-orbital position (Weeks 01 and 26) working to raise my suspicions about what is coming to the US West Coast later in the timeline. NASA is monitoring areas west of the Rocky Mountain Ridge using Sniffer Aircraft (article) and trying not to cause panic, because there is plenty of reason to PANIC.

Earth saw six new-volcanic-eruption events in the last seven days (5 the last two weeks, 4, 5, 4, 4, 5, 6, 4 and 6 the previous weeks) with one erupting in the Indonesia-Fiji Seismic-Volcanic Origination Zone (Tangkubanparahu in Western Java; on map). The USA (Semisopochnoi, on map; Fox Islands, on map) new-volcanic-eruption events struck east of the elbow position of Buoyancy-barrier Corridor 1, along the Aleutian Islands chain, from deep-magma-wave action associated with recent harmonic-tremor activity to the south. The Reunion Island event (Piton de la Fournaise: on map) struck along Corridor 4 on an offshore island east of Madagascar from Origination Zone deep quakes to the east. The Peru event (Ubinas, on map) and Nicaragua event (Masaya: on map) struck along Corridor 2, north and south of the location where the Galapagos mantle plume connection was made in 2016 giving Corridor 2B a life of its own.
